1. I did not know I can love anyone as much as I do my life partner, until I met my son
2. I like to make my own rules on occassion (as you can see not following only top 7 blogs)
3. No one is a better driver than me
4. I'm a terrible shopper, I never look at prices/compare/negotiate
5. I can't understand how my partner could put up with me for over 15 years.
6. I've read all of David Sedaris and Armisted Maupin's books
7. I love quoting movies (Carrie, Color Purple, Steel Magnolias, Mommy Dearest..etc)
8. I am extremely aware of people's reaction when they see my partner, me and our son together.
9. #8 brought me to this next honest fact...We go to church every Sunday
10. I hate talking on the phone, unless I'm talking to my best friend

I So Love your Blog... And of COurse More Pictures Please... So you are Really Aware of Other's Looks Now. What would you recommend We do to better equip or prpare ourselve's to do .. I've been thinkg alot about that.. Like Yestarday we had to go get fingerprints done for Home STudy People and I decided to go before CHad got home just so I wouldn't have to have that awkward moment.. We live in a really SOuthern Town ..But I'm not ashamed of Me or who I am but It made me feel as if I was Hiding .. ANd Not saying I was but just alot was buzzing in my head put it that way...

It's a group that just formed like 2-3 weeks ago. A gay dad in Texas sent me the link last week and I've been on it a couple times. It's a great hub for all dads (and they have about 6 gay dads that have joined). They're still working out some kinks, but what they have so far is great!
